Return terms:

Please use one return-shipping label per order. Please contact to your local delivery office to find out the cost of shipping your return.

After receiving your order, you have the right to return the ordered items within 14 days. Please bear in mind that all items must be unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached and original packaging included upon the returnal. Otherwise we are not able to accept your return and issue a refund.

If you desire to exchange product(s) to a different size(s) etc., please place a new order and return the original product(s).

Please note that it may take 14 working days for our warehouse to process your return. You will be contacted by e-mail as the return has been processed.

Customer is in charge of all return costs (shipping/customs clearance) on all orders returned from outside Finland. When returned product/products arrive we will pay customer the total amount of the product/products. Original shipping costs from seller to customer will not be paid back.
